Youngs Landscaping (“we”, “us”) is a landscaping business based in Kent. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it. Last updated 11 October 2026.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, town or postcode, the service you are interested in, and your message. If you phone or email us directly we keep the details you give us.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is that these steps are necessary before entering a contract with you. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell or share them with anyone else, except suppliers we need to involve in your job.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records for completed work are kept for 6 years for accounting and guarantee purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. The site is hosted by IONOS in the EU and form submissions are stored on the site and emailed to us.
Your rights
